EDIT: I had to abruptly pull my child in Spring 2024 due to unsafe practices including misplacing an epipen following the departure of their center director. I would not recommend.
Not enough words to describe how poor the toddler care was. Red flag- first day I picked up my daughter after my husband had dropped her off they didn’t even have me sign in or ask who I was they just let me take my child without even have met me. Where are the security measures? My daughter was in daycare from 12 weeks old and had been to 2 different daycares without any issue. They racially profiled my daughter I don’t like the place
I used to be quite happy here, but things started going downhill about a year ago and it’s been rough since. They can’t retain the really good staff members who care, so they constantly have to ask parents to keep their children home. They don’t have the support they need from corporate, and it shows.
