Matt was very positive and did his job well. I especially appreciated how he reassured us that it will happen based on our credit history. It kept our stress levels low. He had all the information that he needed to get the job done and we closed in time. Amcap's process could use a little fine-tuning to keep up with technology demands however, but that is not on Matt. I would recommend Matt for anyone who wants to purchase a home. He has my thumbs up.
If I had to describe Matt in one word it would be Awesome! I always had the perception that buying a home is never easy, but Matt changed my mind.
