This is my local pharmacy and the staff are always very knowledgeable, they care about your health needs .
It was great thy knew exactly what to do.
Service always great and polite
I expect pharmacy staff to be professional and respectful, my interaction with Sienna was the complete opposite. The attitude and conduct I witnessed was concerning and did not reflect the standard of customer service I would expect from a Chemist. Disgusted to say the least.
Sienna Cassidy gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever had
