Decent seats and always clean. Staff is low though
My one and only issue with this theater (and it’s a pretty big issue) is that MAJORITY of the auditoriums do not have recliners. The only auditorium that has recliners is the Dolby auditorium. The standard seating is sooo uncomfortable. I only come to this theater if they are not showing the movie I want to see at the Rainbow location or if the movie is in Dolby. Please add more recliners to this theater
Theater 16 is filthy the arm rests and chairs have grime and sticky stuff all of them we were lucky that we came to an early showing and no one was here and could move seats to the only two clean seats in the whole auditorium. The back of the chairs are filthy the ground doesn’t look swept at all. I’m an AMC A-list member and have never seen a theater this gross. The seats seem to be 80+ years old
