I'm just glad I went with someone who has been there before. To me it seem very unorganized and people were asking what movie you were in line for. I'm also very happy that I had a pair of ear plugs for work with me. I found it to be overly loud & I wouldn't of enjoyed the movie without my ear plugs
My sister and I just left out of there we stood in line for over 20 minutes finally got our tickets went to go get our seats and there were no seats!!!! There were 5 other people who couldn't get seats either we asked for a refund for the tickets and the popcorn considering we weren't going to be watching a movie the manager said he was giving us a full refund for the popcorn and 2 tickets however he only refunded the tickets!! This is our favorite place for "Date Night" and for a pair of senior citizens on 'a fixed income'--price wise, it is ideal. It extra special because it accommodates the disabled, with wheelchairs and walkers.
Was total chaos in lobby and lines for crowds for day after Christmas. No clear markings for what line to wait in. Staff was courteous.
We always have a great experience at Phoenix Theater. They are very clean, very fast and very comfortable!! Our movie theater!! 🎄🎅🏻☃️
