Tickets are purchased at the concession stand. So you end up waiting longer to buy tickets when people are also buying food in the same line. It's not convenient for the customer. It's only saving the theater money for less employees. Yet that savings isn't shown in the ticket price at all. This was the 2nd time I went there. Figured I'd give it another try since it's close to home. The first time it was at 9am so the line to buy tickets/food wasn't as long. So I hadn't noticed the inconvenience of that mess. This theater is great! I don't understand the complaint of waiting for your tickets at the concession. It eliminates waiting in line twice. What's the big deal? You don't want concessions? Don't get them! It's NOT a big deal. The dramatic low ratings over JUST that is ridiculous! The seats are extremely comfy and the staff is very polite. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating is there is no option to reserve seats and you're basically blind when the theater is dark, looking for seats.
We are from out of town. Absolutely loved it! Snuggled up to my boo, comfortably! My new favorite theatre!

Phoenix is the BEST Theater in the state! Comfy, clean, great service and awesome character! Love this place! So proud it is in Livonia, one of our gems!!!
