Comfortable seats, clean theaters, nice staff. It’s our favorite theater.
Terrible experience. The power went out after I had already paid for a ticket. They came into the theatre and said they would provide proactive updates. After nearly an hour of waiting with no update they said the power wasn't coming back on but refused to provide a refund.
One of the nicest, cleanest, prettiest theaters I have ever been too, plus saw one of the best movies, I can only Imagine, Highly recommend both the theater & the movie! Reclining seats were comfortable too. Hidden gem, swear I never knew it was there! Only have lived in the area 3.5 years!!
The ticketing process leaves much to be desired. I had no idea we’re to go initially. You purchase tickets at the concession stand. I waited in line for 10 minutes because the person in front of me was purchasing food. On the plus side the theater and the bathroom was clean.
We love this theater!! Staff were wonderful & the theatre beautiful!! The seats are the best ever!!!
I met my mother in law & friend at the Phoenix Theatre yesterday at 3pm to go see Wrinkle in Time. The two employees working were very nice and helpful!! We totally enjoyed the comfortable chairs!!
Lazy staff, dirty floors, seats are all the same level so heads are in the way. Only plus is the reclining of the seats
