What a waste of time. I called, and they didn't even know when the lady that i paid is coming back. She still hasn't sent my info in and now am going to owe late for charges. They definitely don't speak English at the front desk as I called and the gentleman said, "uhhh no inglish". Forcing me to use my native language than my preferred. Wow what a business
