worst people .. they lost my tax papers .. and didn't file taxes.. arbitrarily they said come at this time when i reached they were busy at something else.. I mean I was aghast .. who are they ..
No respect for other people's time. I scheduled an appointment with them, showed up on time, but the consultant didn't turn up. Nor did they reach out to fix it like they said they would. I waited 30 minutes at their office while they kept saying the consultant would come shortly. Not something you would expect from a business like this.
