The appraiser told me if I couldn't get to the house by a specific time, I wouldn't be able to get my home appraised. I arrived 10 minutes before, but he didn't show up at the scheduled time. I wouldn’t work with this company ever again. They hired an appraiser who is completely incompetent and unethical. I have been waiting for an appraisal for OVER FIVE WEEKS. I have been fighting with this company to get my appraisal written but no luck. I will be filing a dispute to get my money back.
