AMC previously installed our cameras a while back prior to the issue, but we were recently experiencing camera connection issues with a new modem which left us stuck. Luckily we gave AMC a call and a solution was provided efficiently and effectively, solving our problem and halting the struggle. 10/10 would recommend!
We had problems with accessing our camera on the app and was very pleased about how quick an AMC SECURITY SYSTEM owner responded to my call. He walked me through via video call and was able to resolve the HIK APP problem!!!
