They’re nice and polite but the cleanings are terrible. I keep going back hoping it’ll be better (and out of convenience since it’s close to my house) but every time is a disappointment. I come home to see my teeth are still full of tar (visible). Maybe if you pay full price as opposed to getting service with a Groupon, you’ll get better service
I had my first visit today and all I can say Is that all the staff is amazing, I got my teeth cleaned out and let me tell you I have been in other places where I end up with pain the whole day, but here not only the customer experience but also cleaning and treatment recommendation was amazing, not to many places care about the customer but how much 💴 they can take out from you. 100% recommend this place.
Amazing staff. Professional, clean, and friendly. I've had used their services for deep cleaning and upper wisdom teeth removal, and more. They made sure I was not feeling pain or discomfort. Oh, and the office is fully renovated, stylish and clean.
I can’t get over how clean the AMC dental spa is. I went for dental exam and teeth cleaning yesterday. My teeth was thoroughly cleaned and examined. Dr. C also examined my teeth and gave me her professional advice for further treatment. First time here and I highly recommend Lovely Ambiance Good Service Very Friendly And Courteous Staff Adequate Parking Space Restroom
Overall I would say my experience was pretty bad. I was with them for over 2 years I believe. Started at the Herndon office and then went to the Alexandria office. Started with a woman which I believe was Ana María, I made her aware of my fear of the dentist and needles but she was very rude. Then I continued my treatment in the other office.
