The seats look like they’re from a theater in the 2000s—outdated and not comfortable at all.
Third time within 2 months my husband and I have tried to watch the odyssey here. The AC was supposed to be fixed about 2 weeks ago according to an employee so we came back and nope, not fixed. And seeing previous reviews, doesn’t look like their making any effort to fix it. Don’t waste your time, energy, or money. It doesn’t help that they don’t have a phone number to call before you waste your time coming to just leave. The employees we dealt with were just fine, but higher ups need to get it together.
This is the second time we’ve come to the theatre and the ac has not been working. We’ve come months apart too so they haven’t repaired it in that entire time. It’s completely acceptable for that to happen. They don’t cancel the movies either so you only find out when you arrive. Corporate is aware of the issue, so they’ve just decided it’s not worth fixing the ac (during a heat wave).
Good experience. However, the escalators were out of order. Customer service was good. Seats were adequate for XL but not extremely comfortable or very clean.
