Movie theater is not worth for how much they charge per ticket. Seats uncomfortable theater smelled bad.
Went and saw Backrooms. Staff was welcoming. Seats, despite not being the reclining type, were comfortable enough. Did not purchase any over priced concessions so can't comment on that.
As a mother of an autistic child, I am extremely disappointed with the experience my son had at your theater. My son and his friend had tickets for a 7:00 PM movie. Upon arriving, they encountered issues with the app and their tickets and asked multiple employees for assistance. Instead of receiving help, they were told their tickets were fake and were repeatedly told that screenshots of tickets were not accepted—even though they were not using screenshots.
