Very nice, clean theatre. Great IMAX screen and sound. Seating very comfortable. All seats are reserved when you buy a ticket.
Kiosk need to be updated 2 were not working and the one that was you couldn't see the screen. The theater needs some major updates the seats are disgusting and the bathrooms could definitely use some updates. The customer service is the shining star here. Everyone was super helpful and nice!
Great location and the facility itself is very clean. The staff were fine, but unfortunately, the seating was extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to fully enjoy the show. It’s a nice spot overall, but they definitely need an upgrade on their theater seats.
Saw Spider-Man: Brand New Day in Dolby Cinema here. The movie was great, but the house lights came on for a while during an emotional scene and completely killed the moment. When I talked to them afterward, I was told nothing could be done because I didn’t leave within the first hour, which makes no sense, because I paid to watch the movie, not make it worse by walking out halfway through it to file a complaint about the theater's screw up. Definitely not a premium experience given it's a $20 ticket.
No complaints except the carpet needs some love. Someone also needs to be constantly on floor duty cleaning up the popcorn that's everywhere.
