Customer Service was excellent. A little disappointed with the movie He-man, I saw. The movie is supposed to be pg 13, and they added some vulgar language. I dont want to hear curse words when I watch a KID movie. And the previews and adds before the movie, it would have been great if they were more underage kid friendly. As far as cleanliness, it was okay, there was a Few napkins on the floor but i move to another spot,where there was none. So, not gonna lie - felt like we were slumming it. The seats didn't recline, they weren't roomy and the screen was washed out & dim compared to the Malco theaters in Memphis, TN where we live. AMC is huge - I expected a better experience than our small regional chain can provide. Apparently Malco invests in the theater going experience and is superior to the big players.
