I cannot trust this company. I asked to not be bombarded with mailers, and they refused to even reply to my e-mails. I have contacted them with listed e-mails on the NMLS site and they, too, are bogus. They even write false claims such as "Final Notice" everywhere, but yet still send this trash. If they can't respond to one person asking nicely to not be contacted, what else are they dishonest about?
This program is designed to take advantage of poor people. The specific agent that keeps advertising in my news feed keeps making outright false claims and is violating multiple federal statutes.
I've been ttying to close for a week + 1. underwriting in Wauwatosa,Wi is the worst ever!!! They can't do their job!! I've been told I'm closing multiple times I'm sitting at the title co and we don't have all the documents... again.... still...poor, poor, poor .. as soon as i can, I'm dumping them.

Led me on for months regarding getting an approval and today they decide my income/credit is not enough.Total waste of my time an money for an Appraisal that they scammed me to get. Underwriters if you were smart you would see allowing some to have a mortgage would be cheaper for them to have instead of paying rent.
