Wow, Callaway Apartments is a homeless nightmare. There's a homeless person picking out of every dumpster on the dot each morning, they get in the laundry rooms, and there's a scary old lady on the first floor in building 41 that houses homeless people for months at a time. That unit is a drug hut with black curtains and everything. Management doesn't do a thing about it!
Since AMC management took over Fairstone at Riverview in Taylorsville Ut, it hpas completely gone down hill . The office has no care about tenants anymore . Based on the new tenants , I would almost bet they no longer do background checks based on the increase of police activity around the complex . Makes me sad , the complex and employees were fantastic before the change . They offer an online bill pay, but no way to access if you forget anything and no way to register on the site .
