Referred by my daughter and son in law, who use Mark. Did an excellent job. Prompt, friendly, and quality work. Got out persistent stains and coached me on next steps and care. What more can I ask for? My realtor walked into the house today and immediately asked who did the carpet cleaning. He took a picture of Mark's card for future reference. Highly recommended.
I am extremely happy after getting my carpets cleaned. I have light beige carpet that was starting to look dingy along the walking paths and had some pet stains, and now it looks brand new again. 5 stars is not enough, highly recommend.

We hired him to clean the carpet on the 2nd floor of our house. 4 rooms, stairs, and hallway. He arrived and was not super friendly. He finished the job in a little over an hour. As he was washing the carpet he kept smashing his mashines up against wall edges and boards but like really loud to the point I was worried there would be damage to the walls and trim.
