Transportation for 4/19/2023 was great!. Pick up from home and appt were timely.
I have been using Golden Age Ambulette the past two years for my mom, who is ninety years old. I have used them for doctor's appointments and for visits to family members as well. My mom lives on the second floor in an apartment, and she requires a two man pick up, and is taken down in a wheelchair. Xena, handles the scheduling of the appointments. Drivers are always on time, especially Arturo. Very professional bunch
Ambulette van was old, ride was very uncomfortable where you felt every bump on trip; We also needed to wait a long time for pick up (2 hours) which was very difficult for elderly patient.
Worst ambulette ever. waiting from 1.44 pm and now its 3.39 and still waiting for pick up.
