Stay away from this place and the IVF treatment!!! They effectively blew a hole through my uterus!!! It's a cattle farm of women being pushed in and out procedures and they mentioned "slight spotting" which ended up becoming a hospital visit and admitting....
I cannot express how great this place is. From the check-in girls at the desk down to the nurses in the facility, the entire experience was exceptional. My nurse, Christina, provided outstanding care, and Dr. Brasch was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of a fertility doctor. The professionalism and compassion shown by the staff made all the difference in my experience.
Billing here is the worst experience. It's been 2 and a half years since we've finished going here. We STILL get random bills saying we owe various amounts that we have the receipts for from that time. Never throw receipts away if you go here. They once tried to tell us we owe them $6,000, they've tried to get us for $250-ish, $50, and so on. I'm so tired of calling them, and providing the receipts to show them that we don't owe them anything. The guy that works in billing is so clueless too. It's literally like talking to a... read more
Billing is horrible! Did IVF January 2022 insurance paid them march of 2022, just recieved a bill end of 2023. Absolutely no reason it should of taken almost 2 years. Called to talk to santa, left a message she never called back. Would not recommend
