The entire experience from the pleasant check in receptionist, the intake nurses, anesthetist and assistants are all very professional. My nurse was exceptionally talented and knowledgeable and started my IV, effortlessly, essentially painless. Complete medical history, allergies and all of my concerns were met. The fail safe redundancies, assuring my procedure left or right sided, type of surgery and my cognition was checked often and by each team member.
