READ THE REVIEWS THEY ARE ALL TRUE!!! Wish I would've have googled this place before I went there. The place was packed all seats were taken. There's one restroom for everyone ONE. I was having a colonoscopy done. The wait time is ridiculous be prepared to wait long hours. I recommend you stay AWAY from this place.
Not good
No Star here They pack Patients like Sardines that you can’t even find a place to sit !!! And they take 4 to 5 hours to get you in for a simple procedure so It’s very clear they need more facility’s here in Harlingen !!!! This is a JOKE !!!!
My 3yr old daughter has a schedules appointment at 10 am . Got here at 9:30 . (Mind you she hasn’t eaten since 11 pm day prior.) they just started the procedure at 2 pm. Unacceptable! She’s kept asking for some food she was hungry! Shouldn’t schedule so many people if they can’t so the procedures at the schedule time they are supposed to. Never again! Will I be coming here!
Called to ask for information regarding an appointment and the front desk was no help. Put me on hold and never picked up again. Paper that was given for surgery scheduled doesn’t even have an address or phone number for this location. They just have the name of the location at the very bottom with a date.
