I truly enjoyed our visit here for my autistic daughter’s endoscopy. The staff provided exceptional care, ensuring she was comfortable and well accommodated for her special needs. My little one has hospital-related trauma, but the team went above and beyond to reassure her that she was in good hands. Kudos to this office and their wonderful staff — we were treated like family. Thank you again for the kindness and compassion 🙂
I don't know what everybody complains about. Every place has problems. This was my first time here. Yes, the wait was a little long but the people in the prep room, nurses and technicians were so kind and very helpful. Especially Joanne and Yolanda. Due to some problems with complications with the scheduling, from my doctor's office, not the Platinum center Joanne and Yolanda were able to work things out so I was able to get my colonoscopy and endoscopy. After reading some reviews I was concerned. My appointment was on Aug 26th at 7:00 am I was called at 8:15 and out by 9:10 this was for a colonoscopy. Mr experience was awesome with all those involved. Dr Alvarez was great and all those involved. No issues whatsoever after surgery. Doing great and waiting for results on my next appointment with my doctor.
Place is a bad cattle farm. They tell you to be in early in the morning and not to eat or drink after midnight. Then you arrive and there is about 100 different patients all piled into the pin. Then you set and wait 3-4hrs before anything is done for you. Why have people come so early when they are going to make you wait hours! Ridiculous! Might as well give people pagers or send text when they are going to be starting the prep. We have been here twice and it is the same way. READ THE REVIEWS THEY ARE ALL TRUE!!! Wish I would've have googled this place before I went there. The place was packed all seats were taken. There's one restroom for everyone ONE. I was having a colonoscopy done. The wait time is ridiculous be prepared to wait long hours. I recommend you stay AWAY from this place.
