Everything was nice but the billing part is a joke, we paid our part of the deductible which after a few weeks come to find out that our insurance paid everything, that was February up till today we haven’t been able to get a refund, they keep telling me that it’s a process, but when they took the payment they took it right away, at the Doctor’s office they refunded us in the next 2 days and it was way more than at this place, my advice is that you all don’t pay anything, first let them bill your insurance, then you pay them... read more
Although the staff once you get to the preparation are top notch the wait is unacceptable. I was told that the reason was the doctor did not want to wait on the patients. I was there for a colonoscopy and you have to fast, and no water. It make for a very uncomfortable while the doctor doesn't care, as long as he's not inconvenienced. I'm going somewhere else next time.
The amount of time to wait is just plain nonsense... how are you making people wait 4hrs for colonoscopy before heading to back
