Service has been prompt and courteous the few times I called. I had no trouble scheduling an appointment same day with an NP, even when my hypochondriasis actes up. I can not recommend this place highly enough.
The customer service who make an appointment to see the doctor is not friendly at all and always in a hurry to finish the conversation. They should go and train on how to be caring over the phone. We don't call or make an appointment just to talk to the doctor. We are making an appointment because there is something wrong or we need an advice from the doctor. Hearing your customer service a bit cold and not friendly over the phone is very disappointing.
It is better to go to an urgent care for immediate treatment; if you're sick, it will take s few days to get an appointment. The physicians do not understand the drugs being prescribed and you will end up in the ER. Happened to me as well as a colleague. The medical director will threaten to fire you as a patient if you disagree. If I could leave no stars, that's a more accurate assessment.
