They made sure I was properly prepared with knowing every aspect of the procedure with videos and questions I may have. Front desk staff was pleasant and thorough. Afterwards the doctor came in and went over everything and what to expect following the procedure and how to address it. Thanks for making everything less nerve-wracking for me!
