We you have any kind of procedure done you may be a little nervous. When I walked in to check in I wasn't told have a seat for a minute, she "greated" me and asked for my ID and Insurance. Just that right there put me at ease. I filled out the paperwork and before I knew it I was being called back. Everyone there was just really nice
I didn’t feel “ welcomed” by the receptionists.. they basically passed the paperwork to me and told me complete / sit down. I didn’t hear good morning or see a warm smile. People arriving for this procedure are often anxious, worried, or even numb. The “ front “ desk sets the tone for what’s ahead of us. All of the nurses/ staff in the hospital area were warm & fuzzy.. comforting to say the least.
The center is staffed by great people. It is quiet (no overhead announcements), private, and made me feel less stressed about my procedure.
