The surgeon is phenomenal, empathetic and understanding. I thought the staff was nice. After going a few times I thought everything was fine. The last two times, my IV infiltrated which means it blew, I'm not receiving the meds I need for pain relief because it's no longer in my vein.. so apparently I'm an emotional person and need someone to stand next to me because of all the pain I was having.
