Angels.
Special breed of people, overly criticized and underrated. Respectful, highly professional , empathy. Do a much better job than the hospitals they deliver you to.
Please NOTE: the officers are wonderful and I'll give them 5 stars. This review is for the admin people: I have Ambulance Victoria membership and called an ambulance but still got billed for the $1.2k. I will contact your office tomorrow, but it is very disappointing that the admin people couldn't get this detail right.
Can not thank you enough for your excellent work
On the 22 February 2019 I was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident which necessitated me being taken from Cabrini to the Alfred at around midnight. The paramedics who attended to me be were beyond amazing!! They kept reassuring me and making me feel that my welfare was their only concern. I wish I knew their names as I should like to thank them personally. They were truly life saviours.
