A special thank you to our local Ambos and Police located in the Phillip Island Area. I had need on Tuesday 5th March 2024 at San Remo Police Station during a medical episode and if not for them I may not have been able to say thank you today. The names were a blur but I believe it was Matt the paramedic who diagnosed the problem and administered the majority of intravenous help with the backup from a Mica Paramedic and our paramedic driver who did a great job avoiding most potholes along the way. I was quite ill last week and my husband had to call for an ambulance. The gentleman he spoke to was very kind and patient and stayed on the line with him until help arrived. Paramedics Mitch and Shae were absolutely amazing from the moment they stepped in to the time they said goodbye at the hospital. They were kind and caring yet professional and thorough and always communicated with each other on what was being done. Forever grateful!
