The bar service was great from Chole very helpful she poured the best beer ever
Not good service and management. I came in after finishing work just to have a beer, but Suzi (the manager) refused to serve me because she said I “looked drunk.” I even showed my timesheet proving I finished work at 10 PM in Wynyard and arrived at Auburn Hotel around 11:10 PM. They even checked my mouth to see if I had been drinking before, which honestly felt humiliating and unnecessary. After explaining everything, they finally served me anyway.
