Absolute garbage. Me and my coworker have been trying to get a hold of “Todd” for so long i’m starting to think he might not exist. Every time I call I get sent to his voicemail. Every receptionist that I’ve talked to have had the nastiest attitudes. They all tell me the same thing “he’ll be in tomorrow leave a voicemail” I keep telling them I’ve been trying to get in contact with him for so long now and they say he’ll be in tomorrow but he’s never in. Can't call insurance even though it is their responsibility. Very unhelpful
Both drivers were helpful and courteous. The only reason I knocked the review down a star was due to the hour plus wait for the return ride. This is somewhat understandable, as the return ride had to be called in after a long wait at the appointment.
