Unbelievably rude employees and incompetent EMTs. The state needs to revoke their license. Take a cab, call a friend but DO NOT USE this service.

Sunday I got into a bad accident. I am so very thankful for the two workers that came to my call not only were they reassuring that I would be okay but they sat there and let me joke around with them to get my mind off the pain. The two men who brought me to the hospital have changed my life in that moment all though it’s their job, They cares for me as if they had known me before. They never left me wondering what was happening and they kept me updated and made sure I was doing okay. So overall thank you to the two men who ... read more

Who trains the paramedics for Bi-County Ambulance? Anyone? Bcuz tonite they acted like uneducated volunteers when my roommates 15 year old son was having a seizure, you would’ve they were all on their first call ever. I’m disgusted with the way he was treated while he was having an episode, and even more floored at how they handled him once they were told his medical history. Fire them all, they have no business working with human beings.

I would also give them zeros for everything. My husband was having a heart attack and they wet busy looking for batteries which is a delay in service and he ended up dying at the hospital, but they still expect me to pay the bill after contacting multiple times. Will end up taking to court.

Deplorable customer service - Extremely rude people on the phone. Bad attitude, zero sympathy for the people who were transported by their Ambulance company, no warmth, no understanding, and terribly mean. I will be glad to be done with them after my bill is paid! Nearly $300 for "Mileage" at $25+ per mile. Don't call them, they will only ruin your day and make you hang up on them! Rude rude rude - Supervisor, Manager, rude rude rude. Zero stars if I could. Thanks for reading!!
