I want to thank each of you that came to the call about my dad on October 25, 2024. Yall did such a great job with my dad more than just this last time yall were good to us, but thank yall for trying so hard and everything you could to save my dad, many of you knew how close we were. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TREAT YOU OR YOUR LOVE ONES!!!!! They tell a bunch of lies and do not know how to treat patients. They do not know how to be respectful to the patient or the family in a medical situation. Due to medical issues, I have dealt with EMS all my life, and this company was by far the most unprofessional. Again, DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TREAT YOU OR YOUR LOVE ONES!!!
Expertise appeared lacking to deal with situation. Very uncaring disposition. Not gentle with moving patient. Clearly did not like the job and acted as though very put out to pick up and transport. Disrespectful and haughty behavior. Interesting for $800.00 plus insurance payments and actually zero treatment in ambulance. They complain that they only get paid Medicaid from most in Haralson County as welfare county. But many pay well and pay high taxes. Maybe suitable for another county if Haralson is beneath their service.
Horrible experience. Very sad that the life of my infant daughter was placed in the hands of these people. I hope that they never have to be utilized again. I will be visiting soon to find out exactly who it was that was in charge of arriving on the scene in a timely manner and providing immediate emergency help to my daughter who was having seizures.
