Not sure if it's new ownership but the customer service here is awful. Shawn brought in some fixtures from Italy without CSA approval. Sold them to a customer of ours & walked away the moment she realized & asked for help. The emails between Shawn & her are disgustingly rude & uncaring. We are finding other Quadro suppliers to be way more helpful than anyone at Ambry & it's not even their customer. Shameful.
