I was referred through my genetic cancer specialist to have testing through their company. Everything was sent beforehand and scheduling was quick and easy. The phlebotomist that came to my house was kind, compassionate, and informative. She was very gentle and respected my request to use an alternative bandage adhesive given my skin sensitivities.
