I was referred through my genetic cancer specialist to have testing through their company. Everything was sent beforehand and scheduling was quick and easy. The phlebotomist that came to my house was kind, compassionate, and informative. She was very gentle and respected my request to use an alternative bandage adhesive given my skin sensitivities. Sending billing mail to random locations to those who do not have accounts nor ever been to their locations.
Ambry’s customer service is so bad it’s insulting. Over the past month, I have called many times to try to clear up a simple billing overcharge. On the rare days when someone is even there to take my call (I have spoken to reps named Patrick, Crystal, and Brandy), I am told something new each time, but that the problem will be soon solved. Contrary to their promises, they have yet to solve the problem, and simply bill me the amount they told my doctor the test would cost. They are also ignoring my emails.
