For how they price gauge you when you're at your worst they should be ashamed. Pretty sure they have a monopoly on this type of testing for women's breast cancer. not to mention, there's not really anything your doctor does with these results once you're already confirmed cancer positive.
So far been waiting since March 2025 for results it's currently August. $9,000 for a test? I was told $16,000 through insurance ended up being denied I paid significantly less perhaps that the reason for the delay. Keep getting told later and later dates. Update: After 6 months And only one week after I requested a refund, they miraculously had results. Now the results are inaccurate and inconsistent with other testing. Looked at my phone at thought I’d accidentally pulled up a message from this co. Come to find out it WASNT A MESSAGE but an involuntary screen message which I discovered AFTER I put all my personal info into it to try to print but got a inbound call which made their screen go away and I couldn’t pull it up again to print. My insurance hasn't been billed although I provided accurate and current coverage via email. Instead the representative, Brittney, continues to tell me that I'm not insured since 2018. It's ridiculous that after 2 months I still have no resolution. She stopped replying to my email after I told her to bill my insurance. $9k genetic test eh?? Was told no more than $250 by my Dr so imagine my surprise after they my billed insurance $8599, insurance paid $2958 and I received a bill for $739.51???? Definitely not legitimate, stay far, far away.
