If I could give a zero star I would. I booked a party here earlier this year in May. At the time I was dealing with Jeff but from out of state. I sent payment to the hall and called to verify if the payment had been received and low and behold no response. After over 20 calls a rude man, not Jeff, as he was extremely kind and professional, with no name tells me and I qoute "Jeff don't work here no more, you can e-mail but we ain't taken no events." I ask why and he states something about asbestos than mumbles something else.... read more

We had to cancel our event and even though we gave 10 months notice, ample time to book someone else, we did not get any money back. Their policy of no refunds is strict so be aware when reserving a date. Also be sure to speak directly to their suggested caterers because the prices the Armbruster staff quoted us were not the actual prices once the actual caterers were involved. My advice. Double check your real expenses before you pay for the reservation.

Do not use this funeral home! I wish my family would have had some reviews on how unprofessionally run this funeral home is when we planned my grandmother's funeral. We would never have gone through them. Here are the facts... Robert, the funeral director and owner, showed up late and disheveled (one pant leg tucked into sock for entire funeral until someone said something). Very supportive honest unstanding owner (jeff) laid out the red carpet for me and my bride and family . Jeff help us work thru some problems we were having and didnt think twice to suggest and offer his ideas and help.Thank you Jeff for all your blessing....
