Ambrosio’s Auto did a great job of replacing the back glass of my car. Misty was very helpful, kind, and explained the entire process for me. They had to order the glass through the dealership, which takes more time than usual. But she kept me updated through every step of the process. And when the glass finally came in, and knowing that the rain just kept filling my car with water due to the broken glass, they got my car in even though they had a very tight schedule. I would 100% recommend them.
Amazing service! Detailed information, communication was great, they came to my house in Kona and fixed it right up. The service men were quick, factual and polite. I don’t plan on my my window breaking again anytime soon, but if it does they will be my first call!
