We had the best realtor when we bought through Deb Ambrosi! But when the property tax appraisal was much higher than our purchase price, Deb really came through with encouragement, data, and words to use at our hearing. Super friendly and helpful! Deb helped me with getting a document notarized, and made sure we did everything correctly.
Deb was fantastic at helping us assess the value of our home and her appraisal and comps allowed us to reduce our Ft Bend market value down $40,000 reducing our actual tax by over $700.I have done against the board before and it took 20 or so hours of research, writing and then arguing before the board.
