Our experience was not a good one. Took referral from acquaintance not knowing area my husband and I were interested in. Saw few homes. Interested in new build. Long story short I was misinformed on experience level this agency had on new builds. Being a Realtor from another State I had quite a bit of knowledge on how things were suppose to work.
