Danielle W. At the front desk was very nice and helpful. She went above and beyond. She was very professional and helped me with my questions and concerns as well as my appointments. Wonderful caring staff. Thank you Danielle.
I took my daughter there and there were some confusions about the appointment but Danielle at the front desk was so helpful and empathetic to our situation that it made our visit very pleasant. Do not let Danielle go, she's a godsend.
We have used Ambrose for a few years now. The longer we are with them, the harder it is to get appointments on a regular basis. The last 3 appts have been scheduled 10 months out instead of 6 months. They don’t do a cancellation list so I have to call periodically to try to get my kids in closer to the 6 months cleaning time frame. I ended up moving to the Macon location just to get my kids scheduled for preventive care in a timely manner. My kids have significant issues when they aren’t seen regularly.
