Hey listen up, don’t send your child here! Trust me when I say this. We were going in for a normal checkup, nothing out of the ordinary, and they said it was necessary to pull out front FOUR of my daughter’s teeth! They said they would come back in, in 6 months.. turns out it’s been 6 years. This place is disgusting for putting my daughter through that. Bad service, have a bad attitude, rushing on the client.
Great experience very friendly and patient with us got us in and out
I enjoy the atmosphere and the staff, however we had a bad experience with Dr. Woods. When my daughter came in for 1 single cavity filling- he pushed for her to have 8 crowns placed under IV sedation. I reviewed her films myself and only saw 1, possibly 2 areas of concern. I got several second opinions who all agreed that Ambrose’s treatment plan was very unnecessary. I reached out several times to have a discussion regarding my daughters case but never heard back. It all seems very cash grabby to me
ATTENTION PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING!! I just want to share my experience with Ambrose and the staff.. i took my baby in at 6:30 am for them to do iv sedation to cap His teeth is what I thought.. well, when we get there, I fill out a paper and they ask had he had anything to drink, I told them that he may have took one sip of his cup before I noticed, but I wasn't quite sure now, I know going under anesthesia that you're not supposed to have anything to eat or drink.
