Maybe reviews are fake, I am not sure. I purchased a Lantech G Series pallet wrapper from this company on March 09, 2020. I purchased from them because of their reviews and the fact I went to the company and visited with them in person. I told them I was from SW Ks and explicitly asked them about service. They told me they were out in this area all the time with the packing plants and would be no issue whatsoever to come 14 miles out of their way to help out.
