Had Mark and his sons out to do the plumbing on my owner build pool. They were very easy to work with, did a great job, and even came back to help with issues that weren't theirs. Great communication and everything works wonderfully. Got me a new electrician!
Mark came out to help with us with an issue we have had two other electricians try to repair with no luck. He was prompt and courteous and quickly identified and corrected the problem. Prices was beyond reasonable and he didn't try to upsell us or create unnecessary work. I will use him for any future electrical issues/work.
No follow up. Two stars only because they were friendly. I can't really speak to the quality of work since we never got that far. I was interested in having them do the work and even agreed on a date and time only to be canceled hours before. The reason I was given was a sunburn which I understand. What I don't understand is the lack of communication and follow up even after me sending a couple of gentle reminders over the last 10 days from when they were supposed to do the work. I'll be pursuing another provider.
Highly recommend! AEDS were friendly, professional, efficient, and did great work. If I need any more electrical work in the future, I plan to call them first!
