Ambrose electric did our annual generator service and did a great job as always. The technician checked fuel and fluid levels, changed the oil and filters, and made the machine running smoothly. Thank you very much.
The technician showed up and got the maintenance done quickly, without bothering us and leaving no mess behind. All on a Sunday.
Quickly responded to a problem. Tech was knowledgeable , efficient and ON TIME!
Ambrose installed and has maintained our Generac generator. I have not had problems with it until the outage on Nov. 8, 2025. It came on after a minute. Then shut back down. I called them for assistance. Not 1 but 2 people called ne back to offer help. Let it be known, Mike was calling me from South America at a conference. WHO KNEW?? Then he directed me to Tom, who was actually in NY. An oil leak prohibited an easy fix.
