We had a mixed experience at the Cincinnati Health Department. The front desk lady was very kind, welcoming, and spoke with a warm smile — I really appreciated her professionalism. However, the two ladies staff members inside were very rude and unprofessional. They spoke without respect, did not smile, and their behavior felt dismissive. This clinic is impossible to schedule with because they refuse to ever answer their phone. You'll just be on indefinite hold. The only way to get an appointment is to request through MyChart for them to call you. Which they always call once, always at a time you can't answer. They also constantly schedule people on holidays and then cancel your appointment a few days before so you have to wait another 3 months to get in. Amazing staff and service. Was able to be seen a super short notice. Very accurate and informative took care of all my needs not just what u came in for.
