Easy to park
I was the first appt at 9:10. They forgot me and called 7 people before me. I was put in a room for check in and waited another hour. Finally a nurse came to tell me to change rooms to one where someone could physically see me so I wasn’t forgotten again. Basically I’m only still here because I already paid the $20. She came back to accuse me of “wrecking my throat.” I have strep. Go to another clinic this one is ridiculous.
Ladies at the front are cool, but that staff in this the back had me trying to keep my composure. Because one of them literally brought me back, just to end up telling me there was no doctor in to look at me. But it it was how her attitude was like she was trying to hurry up for me to leave. Probably won’t ever comeback here after that because once I get that feeling that I’m not gonna really get any help and gonna keep getting a attitude and dirty looks from somebody that’s supposed to help me.
Most staff is pleasant however the pharmacy will have you waiting 45 minutes just for vitamin D which is why I usually tell my doctor to send it so where else................
We had a mixed experience at the Cincinnati Health Department. The front desk lady was very kind, welcoming, and spoke with a warm smile — I really appreciated her professionalism. However, the two ladies staff members inside were very rude and unprofessional. They spoke without respect, did not smile, and their behavior felt dismissive.
