I went to this office for an annual physical. 1. The front desk lady is not friendly. 2. The waiting time is too long. 3. Even though I told them this is an annual physical and it should be covered by my insurance, they still charged me for an office visit. 4. The doctor didn't do anything for the annual physical, she just ordered the labs. Not recommended at all.
God forbid you have an emergency and try to reach them for a follow up - as instructed by the urgent care provider - after having visited an urgent care. Being an existing patient it was sad to see such bad front desk service to patients. After not hearing back for over a week - I visited the urgent care for a second time only to get advised to go to the ER eventually for any further care after they heard my situation with my primary care provider.
