So my daughter got her eyebrows done here and it’s not the first time she done it here. The lady was too busy on her phone not paying attention to what she was doing first of all my daughter ended up with a type of burn under her eyebrows. She said the wax wasn’t too hot but the lady was pulling the strips real hard. I was beyond upset. I didn’t get to catch the nail techs name but she cut me two times i let her know the first finger , i just noticed the second finger she also cut me but i didn’t feel it . she also had an attitude speaking to me in a tone. the reason she cut me was because she kept turning around to speak to another nail tech, also being on her phone constantly. this would have been avoided if she focused on my nails. will not be returning
