My storage unit would let snow blow in under the door. Would have to go there and clean the snow out of it was a windy day to keep it from turning to ice. Also had a roof leak. After I got an email saying they were raising their rates I had had enough. It was already overpriced for what you get and then they went and raised the rates. The gravel there isn't packed at all. At first my experience wasn't good,but now I can't complain. They are willing to work with people and it helps that they allow online payments. The prices are the best and I would recommend them to anyone. Very clean and safe too. Thank you.
When I called to get information I spoke to Amanda. She was very friendly and nice and gave all the information about the prices of the storage units. However when we arrived for our appointment to rent the unit we were told we needed proof of insurance for the contents. We have rented many storage units in the past and this has never been a requirement. Regardless, she should have told us that this was a requirement and we would have brought our proof of insurance.
