These masters in this service are not professionals. I have a 2018 Honda car, the exhaust pipe dropped, I came so they fixed it. He did it when I left the service, my car started making sounds under the bottom of the car, a terrible screeching sound. I came back to let them listen. They said it was okay, it seemed to me that it was under the bottom, that it was the rim under the rear wheel where the brake disc and a stick began to bend this rim and knock on it, then they said that they were already closing. Awful customer service. Had them change the starter on my son’s car. It was the only place we could get the car towed. They did a good job but forgot to plug the sensors back in which caused the check engine light to come on. We plugged it back in but could no reset the code since we don’t own the equipment to do it. We needed the yearly inspection to be done so we sent my son there for it so they could reset the code and complete the inspection.
