They helped her through a health issue with great professionalism and carefully adjusted her treatment not only to her medical condition, but also to her emotional well-being, which meant a lot to us. I recently took my best friend here when she was in dire straits. Though not an emergency vet clinic they still attempted to triage and help make her better. Unfortunately it was her time and the staff helped me with a very difficult decision. They acted with compassion, care, and empathy and also kept reasonable expectations throughout. Most emergency vet clinics are happy to throw all the tests and triage in the world and charge you thousands and thousands. Ambleside did none of that.
