One of the worst management. They first offered some incentives and right before signing the contract they keep on dropped off the incentive without any prior notice and just bumped up the final number. Not just that, when they saw interest in one particular lot they first got increased lot price then elevation. We took it with a pinch of salt but The cheapest one was taking off incentive the last minute. Worst of worst!
Just bought one of these, built fast but not well, they "give you a chance to tape any cosmetics you'd like fixed" but they'll just take down your tape or paint over it. Then they'll say it's too late to fix the really bad job they did. If they do fix one or two things, they will say they have gone "above and beyond" for you. I'm talking: 20 fingerprints embedded in every window sill paint job, glossy paint splotches where there should be flat, dents in your doors, drywall patches you can see from outside the rooms, falling ... read more
