while i understand clinics have wait times, i waited over an hour to see my doctor when i had a set appointment time, because two patients before me hadn’t shown up and decided they would wait until both showed up to even get me into a room. having an appointment at 11:40 am to only STILL being the waiting room at 12:30 is ridiculous and bad time management. the reason it is frustrating is you can clearly see doctors just giggling with one another, not actually doing any job. would not recommend.
Without a family doctor for a few years, I finally found a good one at Ambleside. Dr Pedro Gonzalez has been nothing less than professional, easy going, supportive, thorough and caring. He works very hard at this busy clinic and promptly faxes prescriptions, completes medical forms, provides notes and makes referrals to great specialists. The staff are a professional and respectful team. Their policies and protocols work best if you don't need babysitting and take responsibility as best you can for your own healthcare.
