Our family are new to Ambleside Family Optometry. So far, we are truly impressed. From the ease of online bookings, to the friendly staff, clean clinic, and knowledgeable Doctors; our experience has been nothing short of amazing! We have 3 small kids (3,5,8) and we are seamlessly navigated through our appointments. On top of that, the clinicians/clinic rooms are really kid friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Dr. Fung & staff.
Dr. Fung is an excellent doctor however lenses from there is not very nice. We ordered shaw lenses for my mom as Dr Fung recommended it. It took more than a month to get it. Optician did not even update us what was happening, we were the first one to call and ask what was the status. When we received the glasses yesterday, right eye lens was very very thick my mom could not even use the glasses and there is no way to wear them. Extremely thorough. Dr . Stayer is excellent and 2 ladies on reception were very pleasant. I will come back to see the optician at a later date to order glasses.
Really recommend it. Nice staff, great optometrist. Loved it.
