Every person we met in the office (Dr. Shu, Donna and the entire team) was courteous friendly and professional. They really took the time necessary to do everything right – My family and relatives have been patients of Dr. Shu for the past 6 years. We have always loved her work, she is a perfectionist! She is friendly, compassionate and very professional. Dr. Shu is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. Unfortunately I am an anxious avoidant patient. Does anyone really love getting dental work? The whole team is wonderful and everyone knows my name and my wifes name. Very personal service.
Just had my first cleaning here. They are honestly the best dentist I have been to. Everyone is amazingly friendly and kind from Donna at reception all the way through. They keep you informed about what they are doing and looking for and don't pressure you with upselling like some dentists I have gone to. Ambleside Dental is going to be my dentist for as long as I live here if they keep up this great service and care!
